Kelly Dowd is a designer and integrative collaborator.  Kelly holds an MBA with a specialty in Innovation and Design from Johns Hopkins University, an MA in Design Leadership from the Maryland Institute College of Art. This educational foundation has equipped Kelly with a unique blend of strategic insight and creative prowess, positioning them to bridge the gap between vision and execution in both business and design.

Kelly’s professional background includes leadership and board involvement across various organizations, reflecting a commitment to fostering impact through collaboration and stewardship. As a former Vice President at Live Arts and a leader in multiple roles within Junior Chamber International, Kelly has a long-standing dedication to community service and nonprofit leadership. From volunteering with Habitat for Humanity to supporting disabled individuals at Beth Torrey Home, Kelly’s work in the nonprofit sector underscores a belief that true innovation serves the common good and uplifts communities.

At the heart of Kelly’s approach lies Integrative Collaboration—a term Kelly coined to describe a new model of teamwork across disciplines. Integrative Collaboration is about merging diverse perspectives and creating intentional partnerships that elevate the final product.
